Engineering and specialized technical support are a separate labor category. Roles, design deliverables, studies, specialist costs, and billing terms are defined in the statement of work (SOW).
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Labor rates exclude travel, lodging, meals, the separately quoted deployment management fee, and other SOW-specific costs. Availability, qualifications, and assignment terms are confirmed in the quotation.
DEPLOYMENT MANAGEMENT

Overseas lodging & M&IE
For overseas assignments, fixed lodging and meals and incidental expenses (M&IE) charges are based on the U.S. Department of State's published foreign per diem schedule for the assignment location and dates.

The quotation identifies the city/country, schedule effective date, and fixed amounts, which are locked on acceptance. The published lodging ceiling is used as the basis for the agreed fixed nightly charge. Client-provided lodging or meals and partial travel days are adjusted as specified in the quotation and applicable contract terms.
Mobilization & demobilization
$5,000estimated per person
Planning budget for one initial deployment and final return. The quotation confirms the fixed price by destination and lists the included airfare, visa costs, standard baggage, and airport transfers.
Additional rotations and return trips are quoted separately, with a defined schedule where needed.
Client-requested itinerary changes and extensions require an agreed price adjustment before booking.
Agreed mobilization funding is required before purchasing tickets or incurring visa costs.
Travel-time billing is stated separately in the quotation.
