As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and Cummins authorized dealer, we combine equipment knowledge, field experience, and coordinated technical resources to support demanding operating environments.

Pedro A. Ventura Jr.

Founder & Managing Director
U.S. MARINE CORPS VETERANPMPFMP

Pedro is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and former Staff Sergeant with more than 20 years of combined military and civilian experience in critical power systems, facility operations, and infrastructure project delivery.

His technical foundation includes MOS 1142 electrical equipment repair, generator maintenance, troubleshooting, and power distribution. His career spans worldwide maintenance programs, regional operations leadership, and data center MEP construction and commissioning.

He founded CriticalWave to bring this field experience and operational discipline to government and commercial clients.
